Gunpowder Studios, formally Pen and Ink Design, was established in 1998. We are a team of illustrators, writers, designers, photographers and web technicians, with over 20 years experience in marketing, illustration, design and corporate identity.

Gunpowder Studios began working in graphic design when it was called commercial art. Since then, we've put a lot of time and effort into making sure that our skills and technical knowledge are bang up to date. 

Our strength comes from our combination of original skills and our ability to effectively express brand presence through contemporary mediums like the web and print. We have a good track record for working with a broad range of clients, and can tailor our services up or down depending on the time and budget. We particularly enjoy working with small and new businesses who need a professional brand identity at a reasonable price.
